Probably Sudoku

Privacy, in plain words.

Probably Sudoku · Updated 6 September 2026

This policy describes Probably Sudoku, developed by Daniel Luponenko under the DlA studio brand. You do not need a game account to play. Advertising-enabled builds include optional rewarded videos; some TestFlight builds use test advertisements.

Your game on your device

The game stores your puzzle, hand, score, run, inventory, Book and Obstacle progress, achievements and settings on your device. Audio is bundled with the game. The game does not request access to contacts, photos, the microphone or precise location.

iCloud saved games

When iCloud is available, Apple's private key-value storage synchronizes your saved run, progress and equipped appearance between devices using your iCloud account. This includes puzzle and score information, earned virtual coins, items, completion records and update timestamps. We do not operate a separate server that receives these saved files.

Apple controls storage and account association for this service. Manage iCloud availability through your device's Apple Account settings. Deleting the app removes its local files but does not necessarily remove data already saved in iCloud.

Optional Game Center

If you sign in to Apple's Game Center, the game submits your best puzzle score, highest level, completed Book count and earned achievements to Apple for rankings and achievements. These submissions are associated with your Game Center player. Your Game Center profile settings control how others can see your activity. Game Center is not required to play.

Apple's developer tools can show us leaderboard scores and player display names so we can administer the game's rankings. We use this gameplay and player information for the Game Center feature, not advertising or cross-app tracking.

Advertising and tracking

Advertising-enabled builds use Google's Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs. A video on the out-of-turns screen can award three extra turns once per puzzle. It is optional: choose End Book to finish without watching. Watching an ad is not required to play.

Google may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash reports and performance information. Google uses this information to deliver, measure and improve advertising and to protect its services. Data use depends on your consent, device privacy settings and the advertising features available in the build. Where a consent message applies, choices are presented before requesting an ad; available privacy choices can be reopened from Settings. Tracking permission is not required to play the game.

Test advertisements still contact Google and are not an offline simulation. Beta testing notes identify builds using them. Ad-free builds omit the advertising SDKs and video offer entirely.

See Google's advertising privacy information and its iOS SDK data disclosure.

Diagnostics and support

Apart from the advertising SDK behavior described above, we have not added a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Apple may process and share diagnostics and usage information according to your Apple privacy and analytics settings. We use reports Apple makes available and feedback you voluntarily send to troubleshoot and improve the game.

If you send feedback, we receive what you include, such as a message, screenshot, device details or contact information. Do not send passwords, payment information or unrelated personal information. Support correspondence is used to respond and investigate issues, and retained only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations.

Your choices and questions

You can play without Game Center, manage iCloud in device settings, adjust Apple analytics sharing, and decline optional videos. For a privacy request, email dannyluponenko@gmail.com or see our support page. Apple's own access and deletion tools apply to data it controls in your Apple account.

This policy will be updated if the game's data practices change. Apple's services are also covered by Apple's privacy policy.
